Most of the investors we network with focus on buying mortgage notes. The note could be secured by a mobile home park, home, commercial building, land or other form of real estate.
The investors that purchase the actual mobile home park (rather than the note payments) are often local to the area as it takes some intensive management to effectively run a mobile home park! There are also some small investment groups that specialize in buying mobile home parks and placing a management team in the park. You can often find these investors by networking through local real estate investment groups.
