    I”m looking for a complete course that teaches me seller financing(i.e.) how to put a note together the correct way so that any note buyer will purchase it. A course that includes all the forms etc. Can anyone provide some assistance here.

    You can check out the Personal Profit Series: Notes Manual that is available in the note investor bookstore. It provides a full description of the contents including forms, structuring guidelines, and more. It is also a good idea to have all documents reviewed by an attorney and/or title company whenever closing real estate transactions.

    Hello! A note buyer will look at the property type, equity, payment history, seasoning, terms, and buyer’s credit when deciding whether to purchase and how to price a note. To give you a more detailed answer it would really help to have more details on your individual transaction.
