The 2010 Note Buyer’s Directory was updated in January of 2010. Any additional updates throughout the year are made through email and the online eletter.

You can check out the Personal Profit Series: Notes Manual that is available in the note investor bookstore. It provides a full description of the contents including forms, structuring guidelines, and more. It is also a good idea to have all documents reviewed by an attorney and/or title company whenever closing real estate transactions.

Hello! A note buyer will look at the property type, equity, payment history, seasoning, terms, and buyer’s credit when deciding whether to purchase and how to price a note.
