I've been part time in the business for close to six years and have found the business is simple, just not easy. You have to apply massive action and be consistent when your goal is to make money in the note business. I enjoy this article and invite the author to network blog with me. I do have a question: What shape is the note business in since the real estate biz has seen it's current ups and downs? I have many finders nervously asking this question and am collecting opinions from other Master Brokers and Principle Buyers. I'll enjoy reading your answer.
